Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No. Although, we recommend appointments for the best experience and most prompt assistance. We also welcome welk-ins. If needed, we can accomdate for after-hour and Saturday appointments for estimates and/or vehicle drop-off/pick-up.
How long will the estimate take?
In general, the estimate will take about 15-30 minutes. This can vary depending on the level of damage and whether the entire damage can be assessed without further tear down/disassembly.
How long will the repairs take?
The length of time that the repairs will take can depend on the type and extent of damage to your vehicle. Bring your vehicle by the shop or call to make an appointment for an estimate and we would be happy to provide you with an approximate time frame.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies and you are allowed to take your vehicle to the shop of your choice.
Do I have the right to select the shop of my choice?
Yes, in California, the law states that you are allowed to go to whichever shop you prefer. You are NOT obligated to use the shop that your insurance directs you to. You choose the shop and you authorize the repairs.
How many estimates do I have to obtain?
No law requires that you obtain more than one estimate. We work with all insurance companies and will negotiate a fair-price to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition.
Is the estimate you provide the final cost for repairs?
An estimate is only an estimate. Although we try our best to be accurate in our estimates, there is a possibility that further damage may exist after vehicle disassembly is performed. In this occurrence, the customer and insurance company will be notified for further approval and we will keep you informed of the process each step of the way.
What if I need a rental?
Many insurance policies cover car rentals while your vehicle is being repaired. Contact your insurance agent for specific coverage. We also offer shuttle service, free loaner vehicles and assist with pick-up/delivery for a rental through your local rental car company.
How will I know when my car is completed?
Our staff will notifiy you directly when your vehicle is completed and ready for pick-up. Please feel free to call the office for status updates as well.
How should I care for my car after the repairs are completed?
Once your vehicle has been returned to your care, you will be able to wash it using only soap products that are specifically produced to care for cars. For example, do NOT use dish soap or detergent as these soaps are intended to be used on other items. We also recommend you do NOT use drive-thru car washes for the first 60 days.
Will my color match?
Yes! With our superb technology and highly skilled & trained professionals, we are able to duplicate the finish on your vehicle. Our blending techniques are able to guarantee the color will match.
